The Kamikoto Nokogiriha Bread Knife is the only knife in the Kamikoto collection with a serrated saw edge, making it ideal for slicing through loaves of bread.

Handcrafted from Japanese Honshu steel, the blade of the Nokogiriha measures 10 inches long and is sharpened into a razor-sharp double bevel edge by one of Kamikoto’s expert knifemakers through a process refined over generations.

 Each Nokogiriha Bread Knife is individually inspected before it leaves our workshop.
