This uniquely crafted Tokoname-yaki kyusu (teapot) is made from one of Junzō's signature clay's, a rough sandy beige stoneware, which is then thrown in to a delightful rounded-trapezoidal shape with a flaring lip. The pot is coated in a flowing, translucent, white ash glaze which turns a pale blue as it pools.The teapot's built-in ceramic sasame filter is perfect for naturally straining tea, with a wide shape for faster pouring and less clogging.
