Mizutama Nerikomi Tokoname Teapot - 260ml

This stunning marbled Tokoname-yaki kyusu (teapot) has a round shape, and is made from white clay, with swirls of red, green, and yellow kneaded in using the nerikomi (練り込み) technique. The pot is further decorated with a belt of blue-black, with round dot scooped out, revealing the marbled white colour underneath. This traditional pattern is called mizutama (水玉 - water drop).

The teapot's built-in ceramic filter is perfect for naturally straining tea, with a wide shape for faster pouring and less clogging.
